CCRM FERTILITY
OF DELAWARE / PHILADELPHIA
Patient Portal
Your portal is a private, secure place to message your care team, view appointments, complete forms, and read your records. Setting it up takes just a couple of minutes — here's how, whichever way you're starting from.
About 2 minutesEverything happens at myradcare.com. This is where all three setup paths begin or end — bookmark it once you're set up.
Pick the one that matches your situation — they all lead to the same portal. Select a card to see its steps.
Look for an email from us titled “Welcome to the Patient Portal.” Open it and tap the green Finish setup button. If the button doesn't work, copy the link underneath it into your browser.
Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder — then see “Trouble signing in?” below.
Enter a password (at least 8 characters), type it again to confirm, and select Update password.
That's it. From now on, go to the sign-in page (shown above), enter your email and the password you just created, and select Log In.
Didn't get an invitation yet? You can set up your own account, as long as we have your email on file.
Go to myradcare.com (the sign-in page shown above). Under the login box, select New patient? Register for the portal.
Enter the email on file with our office, your date of birth, and your ZIP code, then select Continue. We'll email you setup instructions.
Your details must match what we have on file. If they don't line up, give the office a call and we'll get you set up.
Check your inbox for the setup email, select its button, and pick a password — exactly like steps 1–2 of Path A. Then sign in with your email and new password.
If you already have an athenahealth account, you can use it to reach your portal — no separate portal password needed.
On the sign-in page (above), look to the right under “If you already signed up for your athenahealth portal” and select the blue Log in with athenahealth button — it's on the far side of the “OR” divider.
You'll be taken to athenahealth's own secure sign-in. Enter your athenahealth username and password there — the same login you use for athenahealth billing and records.
Once athenahealth confirms it's you, you'll land back in your CCRM portal, signed in and ready to go.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Remember it's sent after you're registered as a patient, so it may still be on the way. If you'd rather not wait, use Path B to register yourself, or call the office and we'll re-send it.
On the sign-in page, select “Lost your username or password? Reset It.” Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
Reset links are good for a short time, for your security. Just request a new one from the same reset screen — it only takes a moment.
Your information has to match what our office has on file. Call us at (302) 602-8822 and we'll confirm or update it.
Your portal is your home base for care between visits. From your dashboard you can message your care team, track what needs your attention, and more.
