Setup Guide

Setting up your patient portal

Your portal is a private, secure place to message your care team, view appointments, complete forms, and read your records. Setting it up takes just a couple of minutes — here's how, whichever way you're starting from.

How you'll get your invitation Once you've been registered as a patient in the CCRM system, your CCRM Fertility of Delaware / Philadelphia care team sends you a portal invitation by email — you don't need to request it. If you're a new patient, it arrives after your registration is complete, so if it hasn't shown up yet, it may simply be on its way. In a hurry, or can't find it? You can also set the account up yourself (Path B below).
Before you begin: you'll use the email address our office already has on file for you. Not sure which one that is? Call us at (302) 602-8822 and we'll confirm it.

Everything happens at myradcare.com. This is where all three setup paths begin or end — bookmark it once you're set up.

Three ways to get started

Pick the one that matches your situation — they all lead to the same portal. Select a card to see its steps.

Set up from your invitation email

Open the invitation and select “Finish setup”

Look for an email from us titled “Welcome to the Patient Portal.” Open it and tap the green Finish setup button. If the button doesn't work, copy the link underneath it into your browser.

Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder — then see “Trouble signing in?” below.

Choose your password

Enter a password (at least 8 characters), type it again to confirm, and select Update password.

You're in — sign in any time

That's it. From now on, go to the sign-in page (shown above), enter your email and the password you just created, and select Log In.

Trouble signing in?

I didn't get the invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder first. Remember it's sent after you're registered as a patient, so it may still be on the way. If you'd rather not wait, use Path B to register yourself, or call the office and we'll re-send it.

I forgot my password or username

On the sign-in page, select “Lost your username or password? Reset It.” Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.

My link says it's expired

Reset links are good for a short time, for your security. Just request a new one from the same reset screen — it only takes a moment.

It won't accept my email or details

Your information has to match what our office has on file. Call us at (302) 602-8822 and we'll confirm or update it.

Your portal is your home base for care between visits. From your dashboard you can message your care team, track what needs your attention, and more.

Tip: for extra security you can turn on two-step verification — a one-time code texted to your phone each time you sign in. We'll offer to set it up the first time you log in, and you can manage it any time from your account menu.
